Apollo Power and the Friedenson Group have signed a logistics services agreement for solar panel production machines
As part of the agreement, Fridenson operated the shipping and customs clearance processes of Apollo’s 20″, 40″, and FLAT containers, weighing 27 Tons each, from the Far East and Europe.
The containers, containing solar panel production machines and machinery parts, were collected from Haifa port and transported to the Fridenson terminal for storage. From there, the containers were taken to the customer’s factory in Mavo Carmel Industrial Area for unloading.
To unload the FLAT containers into the production hall, Fridenson used a 265 M/T crane, and Apollo’s production machines were positioned in the production hall using a MEGA LIFT hydraulic system.
The equipment was transported to the production hall and positioned by a professional and skilled Fridenson team.
The MEGA LIFT hydraulic system, combined of 4 pistons weighing 89 Tons each, is used for oversized and heavy-lift loads transportation by rails in unique logistics activities such as:
Steamroller dismantling (110 Tons), Transportation of steamrollers into a factory’s production hall, Transportation of Injection Molding Machines that weigh up to 130 Tons, and more
